Speculoos, à tartiner

I have found a Nutella replacement! I know, a bold thing to say, but you really have to try this.

A specialty of Northern France/Belgium/Netherlands, Speculoos is a little cookie that tastes similar to gingerbread. Normally you’ll get served one if you order a coffee, tea, hot chocolate at a cafe, but you can also buy them in grocery stores year round. Super tasty. Then one day someone decided to make a spreadable version–even more tasty! I could literally eat spoonfuls of this at a time. In a crepe, with an apple or a banana, on bread–I just can’t stop myself.
